Best FTP Client for Arch Linux on Pogoplug E02 with GUI

Hi, as my subject asks, what's the best FTP client for Arch Linux on the Pogoplug v2? I'm looking for something with a decent gui either through a web client or Webmin. My purposes are to use my pogoplug as a server to download files from other FTP servers (for example from a seedbox account).
