You mean cpu scaling doesn't work at all or it reports wrong values?

Meaning ignore the numbers it reports. The CPU can either be at full speed, or the RAM speed, whatever those might be for your particular device. Eventually the numbers will be snagged from DT so the logging is correct but it's not there yet.
