Can't ssh into E02 anymore (w/ & w/o usb stick)

Hi,

earlier today I powered down my working pogo to reinstalled the whole system according to the reinstall-guide (I've done this about 3-4 times already in recent month, and it always worked). Everything went well until I tried to boot and ssh into the system, which didn't work.
It just said host unreachable when I pinged it. I could see it was registered with my router (where it had a symbol next to it saying "connected to router, but not the internet).
I then reinstalled archarm 2 more times but that didn't help.
I then tried to boot it without the usb stick, but now it didn't register with the router and pinging it resulted in "no route to host". The light was a solid green though.
nmap didn't show anything regarding that device.

Is there any way to debug why it doesn't work? Can I access the log files from boot anyway, maybe if i plug the usb stick into my laptop?

Possible the MAC randomized for some reason?

It should then still register with the router and be accessible, albeit under a different ip, no?
