Cannot Config my.pogoplug.com service

I Installed my.pogoplug.com service and followed the instruction from link below.

But

/usr/local/cloudengines/bin/hbplug | grep "Device ID" Commend return a wrong Device ID which is not same as the ID printed on my pogoplug v4.

Because of that, I cannot activate my.pogoplug.com service.

Any Hint will be appreciated. thanks!

Of course, I edited the config file as described in that article, my problem is getting wrong svcid.

You obviously haven't read the whole thing. You can either add svcid from the bottom of the device or generate a new one. You may also have to enter svc id manually when you register. It is in the troubleshooting section
