GoFlex Net is dead? (no led, no serial, no eth, cpu warm)

GoFlex Net (STAK200) is dead? or may be recovered (u-boot?)
after update to openwrt aa stage2 and reboot:
all leds light is off,
serial not work (before update - work ok),
ethernet (link ok, but no any packets from device),
cpu warm.

You seem to have a broken U-Boot. You can try this method to recover: http://forum.doozan.com/read.php?3,7852 and you can get U-Boot images here: http://forum.doozan.com/read.php?3,6965, then you will be able to flash U-Boot.

The other way is to use jtag, but you will been something like buspirate.

how you connect goflex to your computer? (ttl to usb adapter)?
I had the same problem - i fix it with uart boot and ubuntu (x64).

Connect your goflex net with the ttl usb adapter -> http://www.varkey.in/wp-content/uploads ... G_0771.jpg
---> note -> RX to TX TX to RX GND = GND <---

If you have connection you will see it about leds on usb adapter

Start kwboot with the .kwb
./kwboot -t -B 115200 /dev/ttyUSB0 -b uboot.goflexnet-IDEpatched-netconsoleON.kwb -p (and power on GoFlex Net)

It boots the uboot -> now you can start from usb ("installted ArchLinuxArm")

Hi all !,

I have the same situation, I try install OpenWRT on my Seagate GoFlex Home (first stage Bootloader), but now it's bricked (full). I read just a bit about bootrom, but I don't know what wersion I have. It is possible to unbrick my Seagate ? I read that goflex can't use JTAG only dockstar can, it's true ? And second question I read that I need connect TX to RX and RX to TX and GDN to GDN to use UART, it's true ?
