Downgrading the kernel didn't fix my problems for those who are going to try that. It may need a combination of old kernel and pre kmod packages all together, I only tried one or the other but not both as I got tired of working on it. Please post your results.

As I said before, my problems were fixed after downgrading to these package versions (and removing kmod):
module-init-tools-3.16-3-arm.pkg.tar.xz mkinitcpio-0.8.0-3-any.pkg.tar.xz udev-175-1-arm.pkg.tar.xz (I've used them before upgrade so maybe newer will still work), I'm still using 3.2 kernel and is quite stable here.

And thanks kmihelich for your hard work!

You could mount the disk on another Linux PC and unpack by hand packages, it should work I think. But uImage from boot will be problematic I can send you mine from GoFlex Net if this will help you.

Well i can confirm that downgrading to kernel 3.1.7 worked for me.

I didnt bother looking for packages, i just extracted the latest rootfs tar and replaced uimage and modules.
Work fine now :D

I need to do a clean install of arch someday, as this install is back from the Arch Linux ARM days (or Arch Linux ARM install linux, dont know anymore) so its like 1.5 years old,
I'm quite surprised this is still working, becouse i did numerous manual downgrades and messed around with config files

pennguin can you elaborate on removing kmod from
another computer? what should be deleted?

I get it to boot but when I ssh into it i get a

$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'PTY allocation request failed on channel 0')

What should I do?

You're missing a /dev/pts or /dev/ptmx device
you should be able to type in commands anyway (try ls)
or, do a:
ssh <dockstar_ip> /bin/mknod /dev/ptmx c 5 2
or try to mount devpts on /dev/pts
