Thanks, I understand the checking DAEMONS and making sure all are replicated using systemctl enable, the question was more related to the second part of the post...

"Now get rid of rc by removing initscripts" this part I quite didn't understand.... :(

This means you will be pure systemd
Hope you are not using /etc/rc.local
