Bring your system up to date with
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'pacman -Suy')
then install asterisk from the link I rpovided:
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'pacman -U http://dl.dropbox.com/u/15043728/asterisk-11.0.1-1-arm.pkg.tar.xz')
Don't try to build it, I already built it for you.

I run the Asterisk
but no command under alarm*CLI > works. any idea? Thanks.

isn't the command "config reload"?

run "core show help" for available commands.

You should read through the documentation. The old version was 1.8 (the one in the repo), then there was 10, this one is 11. Some things might have changed.
