How does one go about fixing this if one doesn't have another Archlinux machine running? I do have Mint installed on one of my desktops and I also have a serial cable.

Was working fine before. Now not connecting to the ethernet; can't ping it, etc. The front LED does turn green though.

The best way is to have a recovery usb stick to but from with "arch-install-scripts" package installed. Then you can boot off from that stick and chroot easily into your main i stallation with "arch-chroot <path>" and then repair and/or update your main installation of ALARM from there.
