@vlad59/moonman: would you guys please post the package here if and when you compile? nzbget is getting updated with new awesome features almost every couple of days now! :)

Does the panics still occur with kernel 3.7.10 or does it have to do with the strip option?
I'm using debian and compiled the svn of nzbget with openssl and debug activated. I have the same kernel oops with self compiled kernel 3.7.4.
Could you tell me what exactly you did to get rid of the bug?

I have never seen myself where strip helped, but have seen where !strip has

ok, but how do i apply !strip to configure or make ?

My kerneldebugger says the alignment error is inside BFQ-Scheduler.

Are you sure? where is the log of the debugger, can you copy-paste it here?
strip is in PKGBUILD

gnutls can be dropped from the dependencies since its being compiled with openssl, rt?

I think you can choose tls at runtime still, but add openssl as a dependency.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('moonman', 'I') think you can choose tls at runtime still, but add openssl as a dependency.

no hugbug said either tls or openssl..determined during the compile process.. not user selectable.. i think just yesterday someone asked for this again on the nzbget forums..

Alright. Then remove it. Can someone finally say if the latest beta (testing) version crashes. If it does, I would like to see the log. If it's BFQ that causes it then I may have to make CFQ scheduler the default and BFQ as user-selectable.

Also, you may want to try this: $this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'echo cfq > /sys/block/sda/queue/scheduler')

i have been running the testing version you posted on here for around 40+ hours.. no crashes.. then around 2 hours back i updated the kernel to 3.8.2.. so the uptime has been only 2+ hours.. still no crash.. one time in between there was a "low memory" warning and arch killed some python process.. couldnt tell whether it was the nzbget postprocessing or sickbeard.. but no nzbget crash (or oops) as such..
