Hey there.
I have the same problems on my Goflex Net, I can't mount 4TB (usb 3.0) hard drive (formated to ext3).
"fdisk -l" and "df -h" show nothing.
As it mentioned above installation of "linux-kirkwood" can solve this problem.
At the moment linux-kirkwood 3.7.8 can be installed through AUR.
After installing the linux-kirkwood package the following is displayed:
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', '>>> Updating module dependencies. Please wait ...
**********************************************************************
WARNING! This kernel requires a newer U-Boot than many devices such as
the Dockstar and Pogoplug v2 originally came with. If you do
not have an updated version, your system WILL NOT BOOT.
**********************************************************************')
Is there any chance of successful reboot after installation of linux-kirkwood 3.7.8?
Or maybe I should update u-boot 1st? If so, should I follow Jeff's guide posted here
http://projects.doozan.com/uboot/ ?
And one more nooby question. What is the rescue system (
http://forum.doozan.com/read.php?4,7915 ) for? I've found some recommendations to install it after (or maybe before

) u-boot update.
PS I've successfully installed ALARM to my GFN SATA disk (according to this instructions
http://archlinuxarm.org/platforms/armv5 ... goflex-net ). And yes, I'm not a linux guru. I'm just trying to follow guides and instruction but sometimes they puzzling me
