I see with new samba4 package that the service is called smb.service
Old was called smbd.service
Ditto nmb/nmbd

Yes, I forgot to mention this in the samba4 thread. My assumption was that he was using samba package (v.3).

I installed using pacman -Sy samba

then I copied the config file like Samba wiki says using

# cp /etc/samba/smb.conf.default /etc/samba/smb.conf

I then tried to start Samba with

systemctl start smbd nmbd

To make it start each time I used

systemctl enable smbd.service

I now go into webmin and can't find my thumb drive or hard drive to share when I plug it into any USB port. My thumb is Fat32 and Hard drive is NTFS.

How do I mount my drives to be seen by the Pogo? Sorry I am such a Noob. I bricked an B series last year and almost this one so I am very careful.

I would like to get NTFS working at the end.

edit just saw your post on Samba4 below. Will this work with Webmin?
