All,
when in stock I tried to flash latest U-Boot 2016.03 into NAND, but something went wrong. Maybe a typo... I dunno.
My NSA325v2 is now "semi-dead"; it won't boot alone. But I'm still able to boot a U-Boot over serial with the kwboot-tool and have access to a "NSA325>"-Prompt.
How to proceed from here and fix the NAND and the environment, so that it boots/hosts itself alone?
Thanks!

With help of members from the doozan.com forum I was able to solve this.
Solution was the creation of a booable mini-debian on an USB stick, booting a decent uboot image with kwboot tool. Having the recent Arch Linux Arm uboot + environment images available on the stick + all relevant tools (e.g. fw_setenv, nandwrite) I was able to flash the Uboot 2016-03 image.
