Looks to me like there is a problem with that HDD && U-boot. Either it is too slow, or something else is causing an error $this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', '[0 1] device error occured')

I tried again, removed everything from the drive, and now it just worked. Maybe I switched the Slots somewhere in the process? I'm pretty sure it was checking HD0 before, though. Or the first time failed for some reason, and then it never deleted the partitions.
