Revive a Pogoplug

Dear all,

I am a Pogoplug Series 4 owner. In the past I managed to boot it with arch linux but then I lost the usb drive with Arch. Now, after a long time, I would like to reflash it back to the original stock firmware but I don't know how to boot it for the reflash operation.

I have searched for info on exactly how to use searial interface and so far everyone says don't worry as long as you have one you can restore Pogoplug V4A3 back to original. No one shows you how to do it. They always use SSH. After loading Archlinux my plug only has serial communication. I have mtd0 mtd1 etc saved but do not know how to get them into the V4 to nandwrite. Please help. I am trying to learn Linux. I have Ubuntu running. Learning that too. Thanks
