I have been back and forward with this a few times but, if I try to install SVN it requires krb5 which requires me to remove Heimdal, if I do so, I lose SSH because it requires a lib from Heimdal, I have tried upgrading etc but there don't seem to be any updates available, I either get SVN with krb5 or I get SSH with Heimdal, can't seem to find the solution.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Sounds like it's time for an Syu. The heimdal/krb5 issue was from a package change out from our upstream Arch Linux, quite a bit ago.

I had tried many variations of this with no luck but seem to have solved my problem now. I stopped using the default ssh package (whatever it was) and installed "openssh"
I believe i was using openssl before, installing openssh now gives me ssh with krb5 and subversion works fine.
Any clue what might have been providing my SSH access before?
