Problably dumb newbie needs help

I have a V1 pogoplug the PSu crapped out and it got replaced under warranty. The pink ones fine but I'm looking at a low power torrent client as I found I could replace the V1 PSu foir a few quid..

All the guides I can find point to either

both of which seem to be dead. Can anyone point me to the place i get get the install package. I've tried searching here but install is too common a term...

Does the V1 pogoplug have an SDcard?

No, just USB and Ethernet.

It probably has the solderpoints inside to do it but not as it comes hence why I don't know what to follow.
