followed the steps activated the netconsoled and reboot the goflex
now it boots but i am not able to ssh.
and everything is down.
need help :(

You need to reboot once to let U-Boot set its default environment
before you update the ethaddr setting with this cached value.

you need to delete "initrd" from either the root (/) or /boot of your bootable media (I assume it's your sata drive). You are booting into ram drive - the leftover part from ubit. You may have to mount the drive with "mount /dev/sda1 /mnt" then "cd /mnt" and run "rm initrd && rm boot/initrd". It may have a little different name - I can't remember exactly what it is.
