[Solved] Nginx vs. Monkey

Postby winestock » Mon Dec 10, 2012 11:26 pm

I thought this was interesting: http://monkey-project.com/benchmarks/ra ... nkey_nginx. Has anyone built and used Monkey for Arm Linux? I would be interested in using Monkey.

The closest to monkey, I could find, in AUR was seamonkey. What is it called in AUR?

By the way, have you used it?

Isn't seamonkey a browser + email client, basically firefox + thunderbird?

Thanks. I was looking it for using pacman. It appears that the source is only available. I was hoping to get a hold of the compiled code that is ready for install.

Nothing in AUR is compiled. Use "yaourt -Sy monkey" to install it, and edit PKGBUILD to add "arm" to arch array (arch=('arm'))

Added aur/monkey to our aur prebuilt package repo, just to make things a little easier for you after our builder chugs through it.
