runme.exe vs clamwin

Just ran my weekly virus check and clamwin is reporting the following

while faffing about trying to get Arch Linux ARM install onto my sheeva plug I did execute runme.exe and apparently suffered no ill effects. I still get warnings from clamwin about the runme.exe, but it doen' appear to have caused any damage.
