Pogoplug v2 reboots into pogoplug not Archlinux -SOLVED

I am relatively new to this, but I'll do the best I can to explain my situation.

I install Archlinux to the Pogoplug following the instructions listed on the main site. Install everything I need to / want to (samba, vsftpd, etc) but then if I need to reboot for some reason, when it boots back up and I SSH into it again, I get instead of root@alarm, I get root@pogoplug, and the commands for archlinux (pacman -Sy for example) do not work.

I can get you any information you need, just let me know what to do!

This is know warm reboot issue. Essentially, your boot drive is not cycling fast enough for the uboot boot loader to see it properly.

I was using a flash drive to host it, switched it to an external HD this morning and reinstalled everything, but was wary about rebooting. Just tested a reboot and it works flawlessly. Thanks for helping out!
