CPU Usage

What are the CPU usages below? Should I be worried that IO is at 100%? Im on a pogoplug E02 w/ALARM using it as a file server for sab, sickbeard, CP2, and samba

If you have swap (file or partition) and you probably do seeing how much stuff you have running, then that's swapping in and out to hard drive because you ran out of ram. I would kill some of the things you have running or try to reduce their memory usage with their config files if possible.
