Cups working but AirPrint not working HP_Photosmart_C4200

I have been able to successfully setup my printer (HP Photosmart C4280) with Cups 1.6.1, but my issue is getting AirPrint to work properly. I am able to see and send a job to the printer, but all that comes out is a blank page.

Current driver: HP Photosmart c4200 Series hpijs, 3.13.2
The hpcups driver fails with "Filter failed" error and making the change chmod 0666 /dev/bus/usb/<bus number>/<device number> - https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Cups
