Plex on Pogoplug

I'm searching for more info on installing Plex server on Pogoplug. The main page that others have used seems to be MIA.

Is there a guide someone else is familiar with for installing Plex? If you've had experience with using Plex on Pogoplug, I'd like to hear how it's been working for you.

bummer...too bad I didn't grab a backup. You're not missing much, it wasn't very stable/usable when I gave it a quick test.

The plex.tar.gz isn't available anymore, but maybe you can find it in the plexforum posting.

Start it with systemctl start plexmediaserver

Just created it from synology spk and based on the one in aur. I emailed plex guys asking for permission to put this in the repos. Let me know if there are any problems.FYI: I don't use plex

I have PlexPass which gives me access to more current releases. Do you mind repackaging Plex based on the following? Thanks.

Wow, so much simpler to install and run with a package and systemd file! I hope you don't mind, I'll be dropping this on my tutorial (credit to you of course).

Yeah I was going to post the PKGBUILD either way, just thought I would get a reply from plex devs so I could put it in the repos right away. But no reply so far. Here's the PKGBUILD:
