How to install Mosquitto (MQTT)

Hello,
I've read from a couple places that you can install Mosquitto (MQTT broker) on ArchLinuxArm on a Pogoplug. But the instructions I've tried do not work - couldn't find the file in the repository, or failed to "make".

I was wondering if anyone's got experience with installing Mosquitto?
