Need Help with the Arch Linux ARM Install (PLEASE)

Please anyone that can help me would be great, heres my problem im following these instructions (http://www.Arch Linux ARM.com/index.php5?titl ... ug_Setboot) ---- im trying to do the follow command in PUTTY.
1c. After you create a new partition create the file system:

wget http://Arch Linux ARM.com/os/pogoplug/mke2fs <---------------- this one
chmod 755 mke2fs
./mke2fs /dev/sda1
mkdir usb
mount /dev/sda1 usb

im typing the first line- wget http://Arch Linux ARM.com/os/pogoplug/mke2fs
but when i press enter i recieve this message back -
Connecting to Arch Linux ARM.com (206.217.217.39:80)
wget: can't open 'mke2fs': File exists

Any ideas????

type:$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'ls'). You already have mke2fs. to be safe delete and download again$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'rm mke2fs
').

If it fails, you may have a resolver failure, and need to update resolv.conf

Or start in /tmp like the guide directs you to. When you first log in you're in the home directory on a read-only filesystem, you can't save files there.

cd /tmp, then continue as directed.

You didn't mention what device you're trying to install on.

Also, is it stock or was it second hand (and possibly someone else has already done something to it).
