wifi connection

Can i somehow run two wifi connections simultaneously that is a wifi and a ad-hoc connection ? Basically i want to make my laptop as a access point that uses a wifi connection for internet access and a ad hoc connection for other computers. I want to run a wifi and a adhoc connection simultaneously. I tried to use a virtual access point but it didnt work for me. Please help.

Are you trying to run this off a plug computer with Arch Linux ARM installed?
