udev-oxnas has been updated properly now, missed changing the provides option the last time. Updating shouldn't give any problems now.

I just did an upgrade and it went though without issue, but shouldn't I have a 3.1 kernel now or am I missing something?

uname still shows 2.6.31.6_SMP_820 #99 SMP Sun May 29 03:04:43 EDT 2011 armv6l ARMv6-compatible processor rev 5 (v6l) Oxsemi NAS GNU/Linux

..

The kernel is the SAME on the oxnas.

As I have said many many many times on these forums, when ox820-3.1 kernel is ready for prime time, I shall sing it from the mountains.

Bumped into a problem while updating.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', '(27/27) checking package integrity [######################] 100%
(27/27) loading package files [######################] 100%
(27/27) checking for file conflicts [######################] 100%
error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
initscripts: /etc/profile.d/locale.sh exists in filesystem
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.')

What should I do?

Sorry. I got excited when I saw that it was included as an update. In the meantime, I'll watch The Sound of Music repeatedly while waiting for you to start singing. :)
