Updated openSSL can no longer SSH

I updated my OpenSSL in an attempt to get webdav working. That worked great. I then rebooted my PLUG (to fix a mount name issue) and now I cannot SSH into my PLUG. (Connection Refused)

Any help would be great.

whoops meant to give more info. All other services are running fine (ASFK). I can access my Samba shares and all that jazz. Green light stays solid. all seems just fine; but I cannot ssh in.
