can't access pogoplug pro by ssh

Anyone can help me out?

I followed the instructions here (but failed on the 5th step of the "installation"):

However, I can't access the pogoplug pro--failed many times after inputting password.

I am using the following SSH with corresponding configuration:

SSH Secure Shell 3.2.9 (Build 283)
host: my.pogoplug.com
user: [my email address]
port: 22
encription: <default> 128
MAC: <default>
compression: <none>
terminal: <vt100>

Well, you don't want to ssh into my.pogoplug.com....you want to ssh into the IP address of your plug. Look in your router's dhcp table to see what IP address the plug has.

You need to find the IP, or use "Pogoplug"

Thanks for correcting my mistake. Now the pogoplug pro responds much faster than before.

However, I still can NOT log into it through SSH. No matter if I check or not the "Use full security sessions" in security setting of my.pogoplug.com, each time I input password, the SSH client pop out a dialogue again to ask for password.

I should have elaborated it in details:
I found out the IP of my pogoplug pro in the DHCP table of my router, and checked in my pogoplug settings the option of "Enable SSH access for this Pogoplug enabled device". Except that the pogoplug pro responded faster than before. The problem is still same as before.

On linux system, I use Putty SSH client access pogoplug pro (IP: 192.168.xxx.xx), the terminal responds as follows:
login as: [my email]
[my email]@192.168.xxx.xx's password:[here I input my password]
Access denied
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Any idea about what's wrong with my procedure?
