Did you ever read the bottom of the install page?

Have you tried clicking on the link that says "the root filesystem tarballo"?

Okay I extracted the tarball to my newly intended flash drive. I made a file in the /urs/local/mac_addr with my pogo's mac address.
I guess im a little confused by the instruction. do i make a directory with the name "mac_addr" and then a file inside named my pogos mac address, or make a file in /usr/local/ named mac_addr with the contents being my pogos mac?
I have tried a few different ways and am unsuccessful so far. Any direction would be helpful.

Thanks
