Login to your router and see what addresses are in use. It may be assuming that you will re-use the DHCP lease that you were using previously. If you can clear the DHCP lease table, do that. If that fails, try restarting or power-cycling the router.
Edit: I see my suggestion came too late; I didn't realize you had wiped out the system by the time I responded.
