Find me active on IRC at some point and I'll see where I can help. EST

hi :)

sadly my LED keeps flashing and flashing too. I did everything listet in the thread and in the HELP! and so so on faq, for example:

mounted the rootfs, checking xce

[root@alarm bin]# md5sum /tmp/ce/usr/local/cloudengines/bin/xce.ko
d0a8c41bc58ab4c4de122ea6ce8ed01e /tmp/ce/usr/local/cloudengines/bin/xce.ko

[root@alarm bin]# md5sum /usr/local/cloudengines/bin/xce.ko
d0a8c41bc58ab4c4de122ea6ce8ed01e /usr/local/cloudengines/bin/xce.ko

blparam also the same md5sum

file /usr/local/mac_addr
/usr/local/mac_addr: ASCII text

only one daemon line:

[root@alarm bin]# cat /etc/rc.conf |grep DAEMON
# DAEMON_LOCALE: If set to 'yes', use $LOCALE as the locale during daemon
DAEMON_LOCALE="no"
# DAEMONS
DAEMONS=(set-oxnas-mac !hwclock syslog-ng network netfs crond sshd minidlna openntpd)

so whats next? :S

I got a "new" pogo plug pro with wlan (which also doesn't work until now, maybe that's the point?). Flashing process was flawless.

regards

Grab a copy of the latest rootfs (if you installed before the end of November), and yank /etc/rc.d/set-oxnas-mac & oxnas-led module (to the right place), then depmod -a, modprobe oxnas-led

EDIT:
people who installed with the updated rootfs: there is an apparent gaff -

please run
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', '
depmod -a
modprobe oxnas-led
proled green
')
