OXNAS Boards & Support

Postby WarheadsSE » Mon May 30, 2011 10:45 pm

At this time we know of the following model numbers using some variation of the OXNAS boards:
PRO
VIDEO
P21
B03
B04

These are the known and thus supported "ceboardver" strings that go along with these boards:
PPRO1
PPROHD1
PPV3

We currently support the installation of Arch Linux ARM via the installer on OXNAS boards that report the above board versions, regardless of model number. For those with non-PCIe enabled boards (all but Pro and Video), a non-PCIe kernel will be loaded and used.

Functionally, these boards are exactly identical with the exception of the PCIe bus' circuitry being missing.

Thank you very much for getting this done today. I was prepared, but not happy, to meekly wait the week out. You, sir, have made the end of my day awesome.

Thank you. Great job, and I really appreciate it. I've just installed on my Pogoplug POGO-B04 with a help from: http://Arch Linux ARM.com/index.php5/Install_on_Pogoplug_Pro instructions. Now, my Ibood's purchase (that cost me only 45eur) is fully configurable linux-equipped system.

Hello,
I just received my Pogo, it's a POGO-E02. Is it based on OXNAS boards ? :?
Thanks

Nope, if it is an E02 it is a V2 pinky. Easy way to tell, ssh in and `cat /proc/cpuinfo`. If that says oxnas, it's oxnas, if it says anything about Marvell, it's a V2/dockstar/etc etc etc

That's definitively a Marvel board. The Feroceon is theirs. V2 for you! ;)
