It doesn't blow some FUSE or anything.

The script just tells it to turn on/off for $dietys sake.

Is there any way to tell the LED to blink? I assume the memory locations for blink and interval are in that same memory range that the proled script writes to for on/off. Is there anyplace I can look for documentation of those locations?

I suppose I can just experiment by writing random numbers into that area and seeing what happens. :-)

Lol..... no, it's not like that. You'd need a background process that tells it to turn on/off @ the interval (which is what the kernel does)

Ah, OK. :-)

Actually, I just tried using proled on my POGO-B01. When I try to set the LED to orange, the LED just turns off. And Amber just leaves it green.

So it looks like either mine is defective, or (more likely) the B01 doesn't use a tri-color LED. I'll have to look at the voltages to see what's happening.

I backported the ox820 led class stuff from WarheadsSE's kernel 3.1 WIP to the old 2.6.31 kernel.

If you're lucky, he might include it in the new kernel/modules that he's thinking about making ;)

He already has the patches for it, and it seems to be working fine on my development POGO-B01.

It's a lot cleaner than the old hacky way of accessing the LEDs and gives a good idea of how much cleaner things are going to be in the 3.1 kernel compared to the nasty PLX patches in the old 2.6.31 kernel.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('TomC', 'A')h, OK. :-)

Interesting... sounds like orange is locked.

That's probably what the problem was. But I've been experimenting with other stuff, including a revert and re-install, and the LED is working as expected now.

Thanks for the help!
