You're better off making sure you clean up the logs folder, freeing up space, run a full fsck and tune2fs series on the partition, then copying/expanding.

You really *ought* to be able to just take the new drive, extract the rootfs, insert mac_addr, boot, pacman -Sy udev-oxnas, *reboot*, mount nand, copy needed binaries (which NO WE CANNOT DISTRIBUTE), *reboot* and pacman -Scc, pacman -Syy, pacman -Syu.

Here is the df -h result. I ran the pacman commands and its up to date now and seems to reboot in a stable manner. No errors when updating like last time: $this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', '[root@alarm ~]# df -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/root 942M 932M 0 100% /
tmpfs 10M 108K 9.9M 2% /run
udev 10M 4.0K 10M 1% /dev
shm 62M 0 62M 0% /dev/shm
ubi0:rootfs 102M 12M 91M 11% /tmp/ce
')

i did try to run the commands to copy the files but i get the error on the last 2 commands, no such file or directory when trying to copy the files.

the commands of WarheadsSE are correct. Just a little mistake with cloudengines folder (not cloundengines, yes just the N). For all windows users, just copy and paste the following codes.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', '
mkdir -p /usr/local/cloudengines/bin
mkdir /tmp/ce
mount -t ubifs -o ro ubi0:rootfs /tmp/ce
cp /tmp/ce/usr/local/cloudengines/bin/xce.ko /usr/local/cloudengines/bin/
cp /tmp/ce/usr/local/cloudengines/bin/blparam /usr/local/cloudengines/bin/
')
then
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', '
pacman -Sy udev-oxnas
')

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('murdix', '
')cp /tmp/ce/usr/local/cloudegines/bin/xce.ko /usr/local/cloudengines/bin/
cp /tmp/ce/usr/local/cloudegines/bin/blparam /usr/local/cloudengines/bin/
Evidently Cloudengines is really hard to spell. I feel brave for even trying.
