Yep, you're right. Unfortunately it looks like the promo code finally expired. Have updated the subject line accordingly. Kind of glad I sprung for a second Pro when I did.
The E02 is still at 34.99. Not a bad deal, if you don't mind swapping the dual core + wireless for more RAM and better kernel support. I decided to go ahead and grab one at this price, rounding out my collection to 2 pros and 1 v2.

Huh, oddly enough that's the same seller that is selling them through Buy.com. I didn't realize until after purchasing that I was purchasing from Adorama Camera through Buy.com.
If anyone is nervous about that company, mine showed up just fine today after a fairly short wait. I haven't actually booted it up yet, for now I'm waiting for the glue to harden where I nearly broke one of the plastic retention tabs off the white casing. Still waiting on the Costco order of MicroSDHC cards (PNY 8GB and 16GB Class 10 on sale) before I do an install, or maybe I'll just use a regular card/stick and transfer the data once it arrives...
