https and i also tried http, same result. I ran the command pacman -S webmin perl-net-ssleay to install them all, i assume thats right. i tried IE and Firefox 5, FF jsut says file not found. And yes i have cleared cache/temp and refreshed and tried on another computer.

I think i got it, i reinstalled the whole package instead of just the webmin and then added allowed=0.0.0.0 and it seems to be working now. Must of been something wrong with the initial install. Thanks!
