Transmission alt gui

I followed the instructions on this website to install and configure Transmission and got it working great. I want to install a alternate web GUI. I found Transmission-remote-gui and i like that one but i cant find it on pacman and when i download it from there website its just single file with file type "file" what do i do with this in order to install it?

We are not transmission support... Ask the makers?

From what I understand, this is a client that runs OFF THE HOST, and on a client. Aka, Windows/Mac and not on a plug itself, and only the RPC would be needed.
