How to disable "my.pogoplug.com"

Postby jtagfun » Tue Sep 13, 2011 4:56 pm

"my.pogoplug.com" is doing weird things when my Pogo Pro is online, e.g., I modified rcS file but the modifications were gone after I power cycle my Pogo Pro.

If I do "killall hbwd" before I modify the file, the mods stay.

It seems "killall hbwd" is necessary to do most modifications/installations, e.g., to install OptWare.

What are the best ways to disable "my.pogoplug.com"?

After stopping hwbd, remount rw, then create /etc/hosts file, and put their ip addresses in (all set to localhost)
All been done before, about a year ago this was happening with dockstars
