udlfb - PKGBUILD problems

Postby TheBender » Fri Dec 30, 2011 4:57 am

Hello,

I am trying to get a displaylink usb video card working on my pogoplug. I'm getting stuck installing module udlfb. When I try the udlfb makepkg I get the following error:

make[1]: Entering directory `/lib/modules/2.6.31.6_SMP_820/build'
make[1]: *** No rule to make target `modules'. Stop.
make[1]: Leaving directory `/lib/modules/2.6.31.6_SMP_820/build'

I had to manually create the .../build directory but I don't think this has anything to do with the problem above. Before creating the directory I was getting:

make -C /lib/modules/`uname -r`/build SUBDIRS=/tmp/udlfb/src/udlfb modules
make: *** /lib/modules/2.6.31.6_SMP_820/build: No such file or directory. Stop.
make: *** [all] Error 2

Could the "No rule to make target" problem have to do with the PKGBUILD? http://aur.archlinux.org/packages/ud/udlfb/PKGBUILD
