Memory Issues ?

Not only transmission but webmin was also killed , it started happening since last 2 days

What services are you running? Also, what are the cache values in your transmission config file?

Usual samba , transmission nothing much I have removed base-devel pack and it seems stable now I'll monitor it for a while

It looks like you need to configure a swap space. This could be either a swap file or a swap partition on a hard drive (not a flash drive).

base-devel would have no effect on memory usage. Having just samba and transmission running should leave you with plenty of memory left. What kind of cache settings do you have in your transmission settings?
