python2-progressbar is a requirement so you should try installing it:
pacman -S python2-progressbar

Well it should be a requirement, but as it seems it is not! was not installed automatically for me either.

The package python-progressbar (for python2) got upgraded out of AUR into community, split between python-progressbar (for python3) and python2-progressbar. The flexget package has been updated, and reflects the changed dependency now.

Flexget has been updated again, with the extra missing dependencies added and in our aur repo. Let me know if things are still broken after this.
