Please help.

I have upgaded glibc on three PogoPros (one SATA HD, two with USB sticks) successfully using this method: viewtopic.php?f=29&t=3899&p=22154#p22154 . You have to make sure that you get to the point where /lib contains nothing but files belonging to package glibc, and then move /lib out of the way before upgrading glibc. Using this method, you don't have to worry about pacman breaking partway through the upgrade.
