Ok so now samba does not work since dbus core was removed I'm yet to find a upgrade which goes off smoothly

[root@alarm ~]$ smbd
smbd: error while loading shared libraries: libdbus-1.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Interesting, because dbus, replaced dbus-core and included libdbus-1.so.3, so I have no idea why it's not working for you...

Because it first deletes/removes it but the new package never got upgraded and there are no rollback to previous package so bound to fail.

Ok I just did a reinstall of dbus and started samba and its all ok now samba running fine but what about filesystem error ?
