Not to worry. You can always set up a HDD to boot up using the SATA connector. In that case, it doesn't matter what happened to the NAND flash memory.

but if I set up a HDD to boot up using the SATA connector, I have to use this device if I was continue to use the pogo. is it true?

No. This recent post in [How-To] Boot Entirely from SATA answers your question. Once you have successfully booted up the device one way or another, it's a lot easier to fix up whatever went wrong with the NAND. Besides, it runs so much better (faster, more reliably) when booted from SATA.
