[OXNAS] Router shows MAC and IP, but name of unit is "Alarm"

I have been working my buns off trying to get my pogoplug to boot.
Made ext3 thumbdrive, primary, boot flag set in gparted.
Extracted rootfs to thumbdrive.
edit mac config to my own.

get "Alarm" in my routers device page. Solid green light, SSH logs in as root@alarm.

Yes? That is what the hostname is configured to be out of a fresh install....
