Apache with PHP7 wont start because libncursesw.so.5 is miss

Hey,
I just installed arch on my Raspberry Pi to run apache + owncloud on it.
Unfortunately after installing php and setting the corresponding modules in the httpd.conf apache won't start anymore because of a missing dependency on libncurse.so.5. I installed ncurse afterwards but the version is 6. ... and it's still not working.
Any Ideas? I saw that some people in the past similar issues in the past with ncurse dependency.

We need to know exactly which package has this missing dependency.

As it stands, we see no reason for this to be occurring on a fully up to date system.
