XU4 RAM vs RPi2 RAM Usage

I did a fresh Arch Arm install today and realized my XU4 uses 180 MB of RAM and the RPi2 users ~60 MB. Obviously the XU4 has 2GB of RAM and the RPi2 has 1GB of RAM. Is this normal? Why would they not both use the same resources for running the same OS?

Did you consider caches? Cache can be discarded if a program requires more ram

Do a full comparison to see what is using the memory, and if the two systems are fully identical. Also be sure to check actual used RAM vs cached.
