systemd 229: buggy timer calculations

I wouldn't recommend to use V 229 of systemd. I posted this bug upstream:
https://github.com/systemd/systemd/issues/2682

Some people also reported problems using other time specifications. Better downgrade to V228 until V230 is available at least.
